Items available in our stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

In-Stock items are sent via Courier and usually ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.

RETURNS

This is important to us to love what you wear in your event , but if something isn’t right, we are always here to help you out. Oshel accepts full returns of unworn and unaltered in stock products bought from us.
In time of free shipping campaigns only the shipping fee will be deducted from the full refund.

Custom ordered dresses are subject to a 50% restocking fee. We will refund your money within 48 hours if the item you have ordered is SOLD OUT.
